Returns
You can return a product within 14 days of delivery. It must be unused and have its original tags attached.
- Include your proof of purchase.
- Fill out the return form.
- Send the parcel to the address provided by email.
Claims
Describe the issue and attach product photos plus your order number. Send your claim to reklamacje@PREEXIST.pl.
We will reply as soon as possible and within the time required by law.
